Retro-Fit To Existing External Doors

The ADS automatic overhead operator unit can be retrofitted to any existing hinged door, timber, aluminium, UPVC, composite, and steel are all compatible compositions.

Automatic external hinged doors can open and close at the touch of a button. ADS has a wide range of handheld key fobs to choose from and each of our automatic installations comes with two key fobs as standard. Any hinged entrance door can be set to stay open for as long as is required (usually between 30-60 seconds). After this time, the door will automatically shut and re-lock itself. Wheelchair users can benefit from having fully automated external doors, especially when there is a wheelchair ramp fitted over the door threshold.

New Automatic Composite Doors

If you would prefer to replace your existing door, we offer a selection of high-performance doors. They are finished in a choice of three subtle wood grain shades of five solid colours.

Whichever door you choose, an Easy-Lock door will offer all the aesthetic advantages of a wooden door, but without the maintenance issues. The door will not twist, warp, bow or require redecoration so our product is truly maintenance-free! All doors we supply are bespoke designs, made to measure and have authentic proportions ensuring that each model looks and feels like a traditional entrance door. All our doors are fitted with double-glazed units of your choice.

The door meets PAS 024-1:1999 for enhanced security and impact tests. Our doors also meet the UK Police flagship ‘Secured by Design’ initiative for security, supporting the principles of ‘designing out crime’.

Low Profile Door Threshold

All our doors have a low threshold for easy disabled access. Weather bars are tested to BS6375 and comply with FENSA building control regulations Part L and Part M, making them fully compliant with the Equality Act of 2010.
